JAAN can simply respond to 'emergency cases' as we are completely full at all of our facilities.  Make sure in advance that the domestic dog does not have an possessor, or if it has an owner, that that owner is willing to give up the dog.  Whatever details about the dog are helpful such as type, sex, age, proper name etc. Sadly, stray dogs that are apparently being fed by anyone or  salubrious and not in immediate danger are not 'emergency cases'.

JAAN has no facilities to receive cats or kittens therefore we do non have them in, unless of form the case is extremely bad and falls under an 'emergency case'.
